Refund policy

At Alchemind, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 60-day return policy. Please review the terms below to ensure a smooth return process.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return your order within 60 days of receiving it if:

  • For the best results we recommend taking Alchemind for at least 30 days, but ideally 2-3 months for optimal results.
  • The product is unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used food supplements.
  • The return request is made within the 60-day period from the date of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us – Email our support team at support@tryalchemind.com with your order number.
  2. Receive Return Instructions – We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping details.
  3. Send the Product Back – Ensure the item is securely packaged and sent back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product. We do not provide return labels and return costs are to be paid by the customer. We can withhold a return processing fee.

Order Cancellations – Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it so we can try to stop it before it goes through. While we’ll always do our best, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. In certain cases, a cancellation fee may apply to cover costs already incurred (such as payment processing and administrative fees). If your order has already shipped, you’re welcome to return it in line with our Return & Refund Policy. 

                       
Delayed or Missing Refunds – If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider. If there are any issues, contact us at support@tryalchemind.com

We truly want you to love Alchemind. That’s why we offer a simple 60-day guarantee on your first purchase.

If you don’t notice any benefits and contact us within 60 days of delivery of your first order, we’ll refund the first pouch you purchased.

  • The guarantee applies only to your first order and first pouch of Alchemind. Refunds can only be given to first time customers, if you've placed more than one order with us, the money-back guarantee becomes void.
  • Any additional products purchased must be returned in their original, unopened condition to be eligible for a refund.
  • We recommend using Alchemind consistently for at least 30 days to experience its full effects before requesting a refund.
  • This guarantee is valid only for orders placed directly via our official Alchemind website.
  • The guarantee can only be claimed once per person.
  • Requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse this guarantee if necessary.
