  • Order cancellations: Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it so we can try to stop it before it goes through. While we’ll always do our best, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. In certain cases, a cancellation fee may apply to cover costs already incurred (such as payment processing and administrative fees). If your order has already shipped, you’re welcome to return it in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to process and ship orders within 1-6 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • 60-day return policy: You may return unopened products within 60 days of receiving them. Opened or used food supplements cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 14 days, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
