Shipping Methods
We offer FREE shipping on all subscription orders and on orders over $65/ £49/ €56.
USA
Fully Tracked Shipping (3-5 business days) – $7.25 or FREE on all subscription orders and orders over $65.
United Kingdom
Fully Tracked Shipping (2-4 business days) – £4.99 or FREE on all subscription orders and orders over £49.
EU
Fully Tracked Shipping (1-3 business days) – €4.99 or FREE on all subscription orders and orders over €59.
International (Rest of World)
DHL International Fully Tracked – €7.25 or FREE on all subscription orders and orders over $65/ £49/ €59.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking information provided. If further assistance is needed, feel free to contact us at support@tryalchemind.com
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Customs & Import Fees
For international orders (outside of UK & EU), customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Please note: We regret to inform our US customers that the US de minimis exemption for imported goods has been discontinued. Consequently, shipments from Europe to the United States may now be subject to tariffs and customs duties imposed by US customs authorities.
Please be advised that customers are responsible for all applicable tariffs, duties, and customs fees. These charges are collected by the shipping carrier or customs authorities upon delivery and are separate from your original purchase price and shipping costs.
